Finnish Speaking Customer Service Expert

This role presents an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in the retail industry while engaging with Finnish-speaking customers in a dynamic environment.
As a Retail Sales Assistant, your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service to our Finnish clientele. You will assist customers in their shopping journey, manage inventory, and ensure a positive atmosphere within the store.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to Finnish-speaking customers, assisting with any inquiries and purchases.
- Exhibit thorough product knowledge and make personalized recommendations to enhance customer experience.
- Help maintain the organization of the store, ensuring displays are visually appealing and inventory is well-stocked.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout.
- Work alongside team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive store environment.
- Engage in training and development programs to bolster your product knowledge and service skills.
- Fluency in Finnish and English (both written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred.
- A positive and proactive attitude, capable of thriving in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently as needed.
