
Swedish Language Customer Support Specialist for Delivery Operations

Job Title: Swedish-speaking Customer Expert for Delivery Services
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Swedish-speaking customer expert for delivery services. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our restaurant partners and end-users across various channels.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound communication (calls, chats, tickets) from restaurant partners and end customers
- Resolve queries related to orders, refunds, delivery, and platform use
- Deliver professional and empathetic customer service support across all service channels
- Follow provided response templates and quality standards
- Escalate sensitive and unresolved issues where necessary
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the project
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish
- Fluent in English - both spoken and written communication
- Previous experience is not required, but customer service background is a plus
- Strong written communication and typing skills
- Confident with PC tools and multitasking between platforms
