We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Customer Experts team as a Croatian Language Support Specialist. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customer requests, representing Vinted.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle continuous communication via ticketing and chat with platform members regarding incidents, issues, and questions.
  • Resolve common issues and answer questions self-reliantly based on tools, information, processes, and training provided by our client.
  • Escalate issues to internal and external stakeholders, depending on issue type and severity, and according to documented escalation procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent Croatian reading and writing skills.
  • Good English reading and writing skills (B2+ level).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Service-minded and empathetic, ability to independently support customers.
  • High proficiency using computers (typing, quickly navigating between various tools).
  • Comfortable working for a global company and in an international work environment.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Customer Service experience is preferred.
