Η φαρμακευτική εταιρεία αναζητά(Product Manager) με εμπειρία στο Digital Marketing, για να βοηθήσει στην προώθηση των προϊόντων της.

Καθήκοντα:

  • Γνώση και διαχείριση προϊόντων ευθύνης του
  • Χρήση εργαλείων digital marketing για την προώθηση των προϊόντων ευθύνης του
  • Αξιολόγηση ενεργειών, Marketing projects, μέσω KPIs και feedback από την αγορά
  • Υλοποίηση στρατηγικής marketing και προωθητικών ενεργειών
  • Επιμέλεια του περιεχομένου και της εμφάνισης της εταιρικής ιστοσελίδας
  • Δημιουργία στοχευμένων ενεργειών σε συνεργασία με διαφημιστική εταιρία για digital προώθηση προϊόντων
  • Συμμετοχή στο σχεδιασμό του ετήσιου Business Plan, την ανάπτυξη του ετήσιου πλάνου και την παρακολούθηση των δαπανών
  • Παρακολούθηση του πλάνου πωλήσεων, ανάλυση των αποκλίσεων και υποβολή προτάσεων για διορθωτικές ενέργειες καθώς και ελέγχου των δαπανών σε τακτική βάση
  • Παρακολούθηση ανταγωνισμού και ανάλυσης δεδομένων και κατάθεση νέων προτάσεων
  • Διεξαγωγή έρευνας αγοράς για νέα προϊόντα που εξετάζει η εταιρεία
  • Σχεδιασμός και υλοποίηση των υλικών προώθησης των φαρμακευτικών σκευασμάτων της εταιρείας
  • Δημιουργία δικτύου Κοινού Λαϊκού (KOL) στις θεραπευτικές κατηγορίες που επιχειρεί η εταιρεία
  • Εκπαίδευση, υποκίνηση και καθοδήγηση της ομάδας πωλήσεων. Συνεργασία με το τμήμα Πωλήσεων, συμμετοχή σε ομάδες εργασίας και on the field visits
  • Συμμετοχή σε εταιρικές εκδηλώσεις

Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο τετραετούς Πανεπιστημιακής εκπαίδευσης (ΑΕΙ)
  • Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
  • Ελάχιστη εμπειρία 3 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση
  • Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας σε γραπτό και προφορικό επίπεδο
  • Άριστη γνώση Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Γνώση χρήσης εργαλείων CRM
  • Διαθεσιμότητα για ταξίδια
  • Ικανότητα παρουσιάσεων σε κοινό
  • Ισχυρές διαπραγματευτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα, ευελιξία και προσαρμοστικότητα
