">Key Responsibilities">
  • ">
  • Implementing ADNOC Land Transportation Safety (LTS) requirements: Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.">
  • Monitoring IVMS data: Analyze performance reports to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.">
  • Maintaining vehicle safety devices: Ensure all project vehicles are equipped, functional, and calibrated with IVMS and other required safety devices.">
  • Conducting driver training: Develop and deliver competency assessments, defensive driving training, and maintain updated driver records and licenses.">
  • Reviewing journey management plans: Track vehicle movements and respond to transport emergencies.">
  • Investigating incidents: Prepare reports and follow up on preventive actions.">
  • Performing road risk assessments: Identify hazards along designated routes and recommend improvements.">
  • Coodinating with site teams: Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.">
  • Supporting HSE campaigns: Promote awareness programs related to road and transport safety.">
  • Reporting and KPIs: Prepare and submit transportation safety reports and maintain KPIs for management review.">

">Qualifications">
  • ">
  • Degree or equivalent: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.">
  • ADNOC-approved certification: ADNOC-approved Road Safety / IVMS / LTS certification preferred.">
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in transport safety, IVMS monitoring, or road safety coordination within Oil & Gas projects.">
  • Knowledge: Proven knowledge of ADNOC LTS Standards and UAE traffic regulations.">
  • Communication skills: Good communication skills in English.">
  • Training skills: Ability to train, mentor, and influence drivers and transport teams.">
