Job Description

The role of a Service Delivery Manager involves serving as the single point of contact for customers on project-related matters, ensuring effective service execution, customer satisfaction, and compliance with Service Level Agreements. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying trends that may lead to problems, initiating root cause analysis, and taking preventive measures.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on all project-related matters.
  • Ensure effective service execution, including budget management, customer satisfaction, SLA compliance, service continuity, and team member motivation.
  • Identify potential issues and initiate root cause analysis to prevent problems.
  • Evaluate service team risks and implement risk mitigation actions.
  • Manage escalations and conduct regular service reviews with customers.
  • Conform to project prioritization, assign resources to service activities, and provide consolidated management reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Delivery Management team to drive add-on sales.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant discipline.
  • Experience: A minimum of 8 years of solid working experience in the IT sector and at least 6 years of experience in service delivery management activities.
  • Background: Experience working with European institutions is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Outstanding communication skills, proficiency in English (both written and spoken), excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, and a highly collaborative and team-oriented personality.
  • Certification: ITIL Expert / ITIL Specialist / ITIL Strategist Certification is required.
