Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Digital Marketing Expert. This role will involve promoting and selling our free service offerings, analyzing customer accounts and websites to identify areas for improvement and optimization, and conducting personalized onboarding and optimization consultations to enhance performance, revenue, customer loyalty, and satisfaction.

• Proactively contact advertisers from provided leads to promote and sell our service offerings
• Analyze customer accounts and websites to identify areas for improvement and optimization and recommend feature enhancements based on client business objectives
• Client retention and reactivation by developing customized marketing strategies
• Conduct personalized onboarding and optimization consultations to enhance performance, revenue, customer loyalty, and satisfaction
• Manage inbound email and telephone inquiries, primarily from advertisers requesting consultations

• English language fluency (written and spoken)
• Working experience in a digital marketing or media agency with proven track record in search engine marketing (SEM), PPC, campaigns management, paid media sales
• Experience in B2B sales, account management, or client service roles with proven track record in nurturing trusted relationships with client/agency decision makers
• Proficiency in SEM tool/PPC, and other digital marketing formats like native and display, with working knowledge of online advertising principles
• Exceptional communication and relationship management abilities
• Proven sales skills with ability to persuade, overcome objections, and deliver compelling pitches
• Experience working with decision-makers in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders with differing priorities, projects and deadlines
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data-driven campaign optimization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including ability to analyze data and create reports to support campaign optimization

This position is based in Piraeus, Greece, and involves working 8 hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with transportation provided for employees finishing after 10:00 PM.
