We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our commercial team based in Athens.

The ideal candidate will support the execution of the marketing strategy through various promotional, branding, and communication activities. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to shaping the look, feel, and voice of breathtaking destinations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and execution of marketing efforts across all channels (online and offline), with a focus on social media, hotel websites, and email marketing.
  • Implement the social media plan under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.
  • Monitor the performance of digital campaigns and track direct revenue generated through digital marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with external partners to undertake SEO activities, including keyword research and translations.
  • Track and report on key marketing performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Assist in planning and executing photography and videography projects.
  • Update hotel content on various sites and channels.
  • Contribute to the creation of CRM campaigns, including newsletters and surveys targeting both B2C and B2B segments.

Ideal candidates should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools.
  • Computer literacy with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive mindset and high energy level.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills – both English/Greek.
