At ICAP Executive Search & Selection, we are looking for a Construction Engineer to oversee the construction process of retail stores across Greece. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil engineering and at least 2 years of experience in managing construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Set priorities for construction execution, manage resources effectively, and respond to potential delays and bottlenecks.
  • Tech Support: Review technical documents, provide guidance to vendors and technicians, and ensure accurate execution of constructions.
  • Design Coordination: Coordinate implementation of design standards between internal and external teams.
  • Progress Monitoring: Follow-up on project progress, prepare reports, and validate deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in construction project management.
  • Excellent knowledge of design software (AUTOCAD).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in Greek and English.
  • Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Very good knowledge of architectural subjects and related legal frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
