Job Title: Retail Store Architect or Civil Engineer

This is a key role within our client's retail construction project team, responsible for overseeing the development of architectural designs and ensuring timely completion of projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in architecture or civil engineering, with extensive experience in design management and retail engineering. Proficiency in software design tools and excellent communication skills are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing project designs from preliminary to full construction drawings and documentation
  • Managing assigned projects from start to finish, gathering and analyzing relevant information to provide architectural solutions
  • Reviewing detailed architectural conceptual proposals
  • Preparing and monitoring technical specifications based on Greek legislation related to buildings' design and development
  • Liaising with government authorities, assisting with technical administration materials
  • Working closely with project team members and colleagues to ensure aligned actions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil or Survey Engineering; a Master's Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of related professional experience
  • Experience in design management essential; previous experience in retail engineering preferable
  • Very good knowledge of architectural subject and related legal framework
  • Knowledge in Electrical-Mechanical (E/M) design appreciated
  • Proficient user of AutoCAD and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in 3D rendering
  • Self-motivated, with passion and results-driven approach
  • Able to take right initiatives, demonstrating energy and 'can-do' attitude
  • Genuine team player who works efficiently both individually and within a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Greek and English languages (oral & written)
  • Willingness to travel, valid driving license
