Visual Storyteller

Cosmos Sport, a leading omnichannel sports retailer, is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join its creative team in Athens. As a key member of the design team, you will play a vital role in shaping the company's visual identity across all channels.

• Lead and mentor junior designers, ensuring seamless workflow and high-quality output.
• Develop and maintain consistent brand visuals across digital platforms, including website banners, emails, social media, and digital ads.
• Create engaging assets for marketing campaigns, including print materials when needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver innovative solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools to keep our visuals fresh and effective.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional design experience.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing both digital and print work.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
• HTML knowledge for banner design is a plus.
• Team-oriented with leadership or mentoring experience.
• Prior experience in the sporting goods industry is an asset.
