We have an excellent opportunity for a German Speaking Consultant to join our team in the Online Payment Solutions Department.

As a German Speaking Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting our German-speaking clients with inquiries and providing support related to our online payment solutions. Your role will involve guiding customers through various payment processes and ensuring they receive outstanding service.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- No prior experience required; however, customer service experience is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece.
- A strong interest in online payment solutions and financial technologies.
- Problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
