As a German Speaking Consultant for Online Payment Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in helping businesses and consumers navigate the online payment landscape with ease and confidence.
This essential role requires expert guidance and support to clients as they onboard and implement payment systems tailored to their business needs. You will be responsible for providing top-notch consultancy to German-speaking clients, assisting them with transaction processes, and educating them on payment compliance and security measures.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert consultancy to German-speaking clients regarding our online payment solutions.
- Assist clients with onboarding and implementing payment systems tailored to their business needs.
- Monitor transaction processes and troubleshoot any issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Educate clients on payment compliance and security measures.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address client feedback and improve service quality.
- Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and solutions provided in our CRM.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in customer support, consultancy, or the payments industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of online payment processes and technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly.
