Are you a Swedish language enthusiast looking for a challenging and rewarding role?
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this position, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients via email, chat, and phone.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience with our products. You will need to be proficient in Swedish, have excellent writing skills, and be able to work effectively as part of a team. Additionally, you should be positive, proactive, and have a desire for continuous improvement.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include responding to customer inquiries, providing how-to-use steps for newly purchased devices, guiding customers on arranging repairs, working effectively as part of a team, being positive and proactive, and maintaining a strong professional relationship with all customers.
The ideal candidate will have fluency in Swedish, excellent writing skills, a good command of English, soft skills and politeness, technical aptitude, and the capability of multitasking.
