Greek Customer Service Representative

We are seeking highly skilled professionals who can provide exceptional customer service to clients in Greece.
This role requires fluency in Greek and strong communication skills, both written and spoken. Experience as a customer support representative is an asset but not essential. We are looking for individuals with a genuine problem-solving mentality and a deep sense of ownership.
The ideal candidate will be able to utilize phone calls, emails, and chats to provide seamless customer experiences. They must also respond to inquiries about products and resolve issues as they arise. Our team is dedicated to providing top-notch customer experience and building strong relationships with our clients.
Your Responsibilities:- Be the primary point of contact for customer requests
- Utilize phone calls, emails, and chats to provide a seamless customer experience
- Respond to inquiries about products
- Resolve issues as they arise - addressing customers' concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Fluency in Greek
- Very good use of English - both in written and spoken language
- Highly developed communication skills
- A genuine problem-solving mentality and a deep sense of ownership
