Job Title: Dutch Automotive Customer Service Specialist
We are seeking highly skilled and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives. Our company is a global leader in the automotive industry, providing exceptional support to valued customers under renowned brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, addressing various topics including product information, order status, vehicle inquiries, and technical support.
- Provide accurate and timely information on diverse vehicle portfolios, including features, specifications, pricing, and available options.
- Assist customers with locating dealers, navigating websites, and understanding connected services and infotainment features.
- Investigate customer issues, conduct research using internal resources, and effectively resolve concerns.
- Maintain accurate customer records and data in CRM systems.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Fluency (verbal and written) in Dutch and very good English language skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in using computers and experience in CRM systems.
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
