  • Meet personal and customer service team targets and case handling quotas.
  • Keep records of client interactions, process client accounts, and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Requirements:

  • Native fluency in Czech or Slovak and excellent communication skills in English (B2 level).
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of 1100 EUR per 14 months.
  • Performance Bonus: 10% bonus based on performance + extra sales bonus.
