  • Engaging with candidates to provide an exceptional experience that conveys our values and culture
  • Assisting in the development of talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Utilizing various sourcing methods to identify high-potential candidates
  • Screening and evaluating resumes and cover letters to ensure qualifications match job requirements and company culture

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • 1+ years of experience in talent sourcing or head hunting/research
  • Excellent proficiency in candidate sourcing techniques and tools
  • Strong commercial acumen and a thirst for learning about different roles and functions
  • Knowledge and experience of proactive candidate sourcing
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
