Job SummaryThis role is ideal for individuals who are fluent in Spanish and English, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a genuine passion for animal welfare. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels, addressing their inquiries and concerns related to veterinary services.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns related to veterinary services.
- Assist customers in scheduling appointments, providing information about services, and guiding them through the care process for their pets.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records within the company's system.
- Collaborate with veterinary professionals to provide accurate information and follow-up on client inquiries.
- Stay informed about the latest veterinary services, promotions, and general pet care information to assist customers effectively.
- Promote a friendly and compassionate environment, encouraging pet owners to seek necessary veterinary care for their animals.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare-related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a pet-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
