We are seeking a skilled Demand Planning Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating exports and ensuring the effective operation of the Contact Center.

The successful candidate will have experience in similar positions, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in demand planning or a related field. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent studies is required, while a Master's degree is highly appreciated.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and numerical skills, with excellent knowledge of SAP and MS Office (Excel-advanced). Fluency in English is essential, with Greek language skills being a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the effective operation of the Contact Center for customers' needs with regards to exports orders, delivery status, procedures' implementation, and invoicing.
  • Develop demand forecasts for export markets and perform the related ERP update.
  • Handle the exports orders' process to maximize order filling rate and minimize inventory cost.
  • Execute all Customs and authorities related procedures.
  • Facilitate the return and credit refund process.
  • Manage the planning activity of Goods' labelling for export orders.
