Electrical Testing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Testing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Quality Control Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of electrical cables.

Your primary focus will be on conducting high-voltage electrical tests on cables and developing laboratory personnel. You will also supervise and coordinate electrical tests & measurements, as well as issue operating & safety instructions.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering and previous working experience in a similar role in an industrial environment or electrical testing laboratory. Additionally, you should be fluent in written and spoken English and possess strong planning and organizational skills.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Conduct high-voltage electrical tests on cables
  • Develop laboratory personnel
  • Supervise and coordinate electrical tests & measurements
  • Issue operating & safety instructions
  • Resolve emerging problems/deficiencies and address open technical issues
  • Process and interpret measured data
  • Plan, prioritize, and oversee the laboratory operating schedule
  • Specify and monitor Lab KPIs
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to other departments
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Previous working experience in a similar role in an industrial environment or electrical testing laboratory
  • Ability to conduct high-voltage electrical tests on cables
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
