Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an IT Transformation Specialist.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting key projects and building client relationships.
  • Conducting qualitative and quantitative research to understand organisational processes.
  • Collecting data through desk research, interviews, surveys, and workshops with stakeholders.
  • Analyzing data to ensure its reliability through quality checks.
  • Preparing reports with conclusions and recommendations for clients.
  • Developing strategies and campaigns for stakeholder engagement.
  • Participating in client meetings and contributing to discussions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and eligibility to enroll in an internship program.
  • An interest in working in a multicultural environment on a variety of projects.
  • Some experience in consulting, research, or a related field would be an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to build trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Clear communication skills, able to adapt to different audiences.
  • Creative, proactive, and willing to share ideas.
  • Team player, eager to learn and collaborate with others.
  • Flexible and motivated to contribute to both client projects and internal initiatives.
  • Fluent in English.
