As part of our company's development, we are looking for a talented and passionate person to be part of our Accounting Team, in the position of Finance & Administrative Specialist

At Up, you will be our jack of all trade: you will manage our clients, you will be tasked with preparing and improving our various business reports. You are an accountant with a deep understanding for data analytics and a can-do attitude. You always take initiative finding ways to improve processes and people.

Key responsibilities:

• Finance & Administration
• Management of various reports to management
• Liaise with local accounts & Group's finance teams
• Credit Control, Collection of outstandings, Credit Checks as to invoice properly
• Management of collections from customers and partners
• Bank check for effective moves
• Participation to projects for accounting optimization processes

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor Degree is required (Master Degree will be considered as a plus)
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in a financial /collection department
• You speak English fluently, French would be a plus
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Worked with an ERP will be considered as a plus
• Team player, attention to detail, dynamic and result-driven
