About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging business needs with data management best practices.

Your primary responsibility will be to support the development of governance frameworks, improve data quality, and deliver actionable insights through data analysis and visualization. You will also assist our teams in effectively using Power BI, ensuring data transparency and decision-making based on data reliability, consistency, and traceability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on data governance and a solid understanding of data quality management, compliance standards, and industry trends. You should be able to analyze complex data-related problems, identify trends, and propose actionable solutions that align with business and IT needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis & Requirements Engineering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business and data requirements.
  • Data Governance & Quality: Support the implementation and continuous improvement of data governance policies and quality standards.
  • Data Visualization & Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually compelling dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Use data analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Act as a liaison between business units and IT, facilitating clear communication of data governance requirements and data usage practices.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience as Business or Data Analyst or related role.
  • Ability to interpret complex data, perform statistical analysis, and derive actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with tools for data analysis, visualization, and database management.
