We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in driving business decisions with data-driven insights.

The Role:

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets from various sources. You will design and map data models to turn raw data into meaningful insights and utilize different tools to build interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Collect, process, and analyze large sets of data from various sources.
  • BI Tool Utilization: Utilize BI tools and technologies to extract meaningful insights from raw data.
  • Dashboard Creation: Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate Key Business Metrics.
  • Presentation Skills: Present findings and insights to key stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with business users to understand their data and reporting needs.
  • Requirements Translation: Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data analysis and reporting.
  • Data Modeling: Design and implement data models to support business reporting and analysis.
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
  • Trend Identification: Identify trends and patterns in data to support forecasting and planning activities.
  • Recommendations: Provide recommendations for business strategy based on data analysis.
  • Data Governance: Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  • Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in BI.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to existing BI processes and tools.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Interpretation: Ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • BI Tool Proficiency: Proficient in using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SAPBI).
  • Database Knowledge: Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, data warehouses) and data modelling.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Communication: Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Business Understanding: Understanding of business processes and the ability to align BI solutions with organizational goals.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement.
