We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead our brand strategy and development. As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing comprehensive brand strategies that align with marketing goals and objectives.

  • You will collaborate with the Brand Managers to develop and execute brand strategies that meet marketing requirements.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for brand enhancement
  • Work closely with Brand Managers to contribute insights for new product launches and product improvements.
  • Assist in creating and executing advertising and promotional campaigns, including digital marketing, print media, and social media
  • Develop and implement consumer engagement tactics, including loyalty programs, surveys, and feedback mechanisms
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations for improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • 2+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Creativity and innovation in marketing tactics.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
  • Fluent in English.
