Fiber Optics Deployment Project Coordinator

We're seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support our Fiber Optics Deployment projects and ensure smooth, efficient rollout.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about organizing, coordinating, and making sure everything runs on track. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating day-to-day activities for fiber optic deployment projects
  • Supporting project planning, scheduling & resource management
  • Tracking progress, preparing reports & maintaining documentation
  • Communicating with engineers, contractors & stakeholders to keep projects on track
  • Monitoring quality, compliance & deadlines throughout project execution

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Project Management, or related field
  • 1–3 years experience in project coordination (telecom or infrastructure projects a plus)
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar) is a bonus
  • Strong organizational & multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with passion for delivering results
