Job's Purpose What you will focus on:
- Monitor data quality through the Data Quality Dashboard, analyze deviations and/or negative trends, perform root cause analysis, and develop/implement solutions.
- Report to Data Owners on data quality and escalate to the Data Owner in cases where improvements cannot be implemented independently.
- Develop and maintain procedures, data processes, and work instructions.
- Maintain assigned reference tables (relatively static data) and metadata/business rules in the Data Catalog.
- Exchange knowledge within the Data Guild and collaborate with other Data Stewards in subject-matter expert groups.
- Design or adjust business processes and translate them into functional designs when systems are impacted.
- Discuss specific approaches and solutions to problems with the supervisor.
- Coordinate with Data Architecture, Data Analytics, and Business Intelligence departments.
- Bachelor's degree (e.g., Computer Science, IT Management, or Business Information Science).
- At least one year of relevant experience in a similar Data Governance position.
- Strong project management skills (small projects or PMO experience )
- Experience in international environments with complex governance is considered valuable.
- Fluency in both Greek and English is required.
