Senior IT Business Analyst

iKnowHow Group is a leading Software & Robotics Solutions group of companies operating internationally for approximately 23 years.

iKnowHow utilizes state-of-the-art technologies and handles end-to-end internal and external project development, from conception to completion. The second pillar of the group is our Robotics & Innovation division, which focuses on the design and production of customized robots.

We are now looking for an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work in new challenging outsourced projects.

Your Day will Look Like:

• Identify, analyse, and document detailed requirements for projects
• Create functional and technical requirement documents from business needs
• Assist users in functional acceptance testing and application updates
• Coordinate internal business and technical teams for requirement finalization
• Serve as the subject matter expert during and after project implementation
• Provide functional and technical support for system efficiency
• Day-to-day support to the project team and the customer/business users.
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Requirements

• At least Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any other related degrees.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT sector and business analysis & modeling tools, and project methodologies.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Banking Industry. It will be consider as an asset the proven experience in Cards Management Systems, Workflows (e.g Appian), Regulatory applications, etc.
• Understanding of software applications' fundamental principles, communication methods, and their impact on user experience.
• Demonstrate an analytical mindset capable of synthesizing, abstracting, and effectively communicating information to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies is considered a plus.
• Experience with Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs) will be considered a plus.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills, collaborative spirit, sense of ownership, and accountability.
• Completion of military obligations is mandatory.
