Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and social media.

  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and feedback
  • Provide product information and recommendations
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner


Requirements
  • Native or fluent level of Portuguese (oral and written)
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Experience in the customer service sector
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies
  • Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude
  • Quality focus and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
