Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to Czech-speaking clients, providing them with timely and effective solutions to their real estate management needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer support to Czech-speaking clients via multiple communication channels, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to real estate management services, utilizing your strong analytical skills and attention to detail to resolve issues efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and inquiries accurately in our CRM system, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve service goals and enhance customer satisfaction, fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
- Participate in training to stay informed about industry best practices and updates, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Czech (written and spoken) is essential, with a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support or the real estate industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
