This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Greek speaking customer expert. As part of this role, you will handle daily requests in Greek via email, phone, and other platforms that require an outbound call. You will act as the first point of contact for our customers to answer, assist, and solve any question, request, or issue that may arise, ensuring overall customer service satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls or emails providing accurate, satisfactory answers to customers' queries and requests
  • Complete customers' requests in due time and with a focus on quality
  • Manage customers' complaints via phone with patience and empathy
  • Guide customers through processes, products, or services (troubleshooting, navigating the company site etc.)
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who have the following skills and qualifications:

What We Are Looking For:
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree.
  • Prior experience in customer service will be considered as a plus.
  • Fluent Greek speaking skills
  • Good knowledge of English language (oral & written)
  • Knowledge of an extra language will be considered an asset.
  • Car rental/leasing knowledge will be considered an asset.
  • Excellent command of MS-Office applications
  • A positive attitude, empathy, high work-ethic
  • Customer service orientation, attention to detail
  • Ability to work on flexible shifts
