Job Description:

The role of a Japanese-speaking customer expert involves providing top-notch customer experience in a cloud workspace environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a multinational company, developing strong experience and skills while representing one of the biggest brands worldwide.

As a Japanese-speaking customer expert, you will be responsible for handling tickets, communicating with customers via email, following support procedures and policies, and tracking cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner.

You will also be expected to work towards reaching targets as set out by client statement of work as well as internal targets. Additionally, you will participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

The team will cover Asia-Pacific hours, working from home in Greece during daylight-saving periods. Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese, outstanding communication skills in English, and the ability to understand complex text on both concrete and abstract topics.

You should also have experience working with direct consumers in a B2C environment, and a proven ability to deal with problems and solve them effectively. An effective team player who can also work independently is essential for this position.
