Customer Service Representative

  • About the Role:
  • Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, and changes

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Native or fluent level of German (oral and written)
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry
  • Skills: Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies, good problem-solving skills, and multitasking capabilities
