Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales & Events Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales & Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and confirming event orders based on specifications.

You will work closely with our event planners, kitchen staff, and waiting staff to plan and execute high-end events. This includes coordinating event entertainment, such as music, performers, and guest speakers.

Our ideal candidate will have proven experience working in upscale restaurants or hotels, with excellent knowledge of English and strong problem-solving skills.

You should also have well-organized multitasking abilities, a pleasant personality, and excellent customer service skills. If you possess these qualities and enjoy a dynamic work environment, we encourage you to apply.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven 2 years of work experience in an upscale restaurant or hotel environment
  • Excellent knowledge of English (additional foreign languages considered a plus)
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Well-organized multitasking abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related field
