Στην επιχείρημα μας, αναζητούμε EXPERIENCED.LOCAL.DISTRIBUTION.MANAGER. να απαντήσει στα επαγγελματικά μας προβλήματα στη διαχείριση των προμηθειών.

Η συγκυρία του αγοράς και η ευρεία εμπλοκή με τις επιβαλλόμενες εξελίξεις που έχουν συσπειρώσει την εμμονή της επιτυχίας στην οποία χρειαζόμαστε σημαίνουν ότι τα κοινά(elem) εννοιολογικά πεδία διευρύνονται στο όριο τεχνολογικών κλωνισμάτων.

  • Διαχείριση αιτημάτων προμηθειών. Συνεργασία με διάφορα τμήματα της επιχείρησης για την ορθή διαμόρφωση αιτημάτων προμήθειας, παρέχοντας καθοδήγηση στη σύνταξη προδιαγραφών συμμετοχής των προμηθευτών
  • Σύνταξη πρόσκλησης του διαγωνισμού, δημιουργία τεύχους και παραρτημάτων, και λοιπών απαραίτητων εγγράφων.
  • Επεξεργασία και καταχώρηση αιτημάτων προμηθειών στο σύστημα SAP, διασφαλίζοντας την ακρίβεια των δεδομένων και την τήρηση των διαδικασιών.
  • Δημιουργία λεπτομερών RFP που περιλαμβάνουν πληροφορίες σχετικά με τις προδιαγραφές του έργου, τις απαιτήσεις, τους όρους και τις προϋποθέσεις που πρέπει να πληρούν οι προμηθευτές.
  • Οργάνωση και συντονισμός της διαδικασίας υποβολής προσφορών από προμηθευτές
  • Συλλογή και αξιολόγηση των προσφορών από τους προμηθευτές, με σκοπό την επίτευξη της βέλτιστης συμφωνίας για την επιχείρηση.
  • Διατήρηση και ενημέρωση της τεκμηρίωσης των συμβάσεων, καθώς και άμεση πληροφόρηση των εμπλεκόμενων μερών για οποιεσδήποτε αλλαγές, προσθήκες ή αναθεωρήσεις.
Απαιτούμενα Υπολειμματικά Πεκτάσματα:
  • Εργασιακή εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών σε αντίστοιχο ρόλο
  • Γνώση και εξοικείωση με διαδικασίες προμηθειών/ διαγωνισμών
  • Αναλυτική σκέψη
  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΑΤΕΙ
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση ελληνικής και αγγλικής γλώσσας
