As a highly skilled and experienced SAP Business Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of SAP systems, specifically focusing on the Materials Management (MM), Financial Accounting (FI), and Sales and Distribution (SD) modules. You will ensure that these systems effectively support business operations and drive efficiency across the organization, managing both vendor relationships and an in-house team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Partnership and Technology Roadmap Implementation:
    • Understand and address business needs and challenges related to SAP solutions, including MM, FI, and SD modules.
    • Contribute to developing and driving the SAP strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to select and deliver effective SAP solutions, working closely with vendor partners and internal teams.
    • Lead and build a skilled team dedicated to SAP solutions development, including identifying key roles, recruiting top talent, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Project Management:
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide solutions.
    • Oversee the implementation and optimization of SAP MM, FI, and SD modules to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
    • Effectively manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
