Warehouse Operations Manager

Lead a dynamic team in managing warehouse and distribution operations to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve logistics processes, enhance inventory control, and ensure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities include:
  • Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Develop and maintain efficient inventory systems, including real-time tracking and full traceability of goods.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and optimize stock movements between production areas and warehouse facilities.
  • Manage product distribution to company-owned retail locations and external retailers, ensuring timely and complete deliveries.
  • Supervise and support warehouse staff and drivers, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including stock accuracy, rotation, order cycle time, and on-time delivery.

Requirements:
  • University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the food manufacturing sector.
  • Proven experience in warehouse layout planning and inventory management.
  • Solid understanding of cold chain logistics and frozen storage management.
  • Familiarity with ERP and inventory management software platforms.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and warehouse hygiene standards.
  • Strong leadership with a hands-on and structured approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Effective time management and task prioritization abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset to ensure service quality and delivery performance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
