Beauty Skincare Representative Needed

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Skincare Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to Spanish-speaking clients.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will possess fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the beauty or skincare industry, is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, and skincare advice.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in our system.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the beauty or skincare industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
