Job DescriptionThis role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service to customers and are committed to staying up-to-date on the latest trends in health and wellness. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns regarding health and wellness products.
Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers regarding our health and wellness products, helping them to make informed decisions and achieve their wellness goals.
- Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and troubleshooting issues related to their purchases, ensuring that they receive a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex problems to internal teams as necessary.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records within our database, using this data to inform future improvements to our services.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the health and wellness or retail sectors, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
- Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
