About the RoleWe seek a diligent and skilled customer service representative fluent in Italian, focused on delivering exceptional support to customers enthusiastic about health and wellness products. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers through inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a satisfying shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service in Italian addressing queries related to health and wellness products.
- Assist customers with product selection, usage guidance, and troubleshooting queries effectively.
- Document interactions accurately maintaining comprehensive records.
- Cultivate collaboration with the product team to stay informed about new offerings and share relevant information with customers.
- Efficiently resolve customer inquiries ensuring high satisfaction levels.
You will possess strong problem-solving abilities emphasizing delivery of high-quality customer support.
Requirements- Fluency in Italian and strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred particularly in health, wellness, or retail sectors.
- Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for accurate record-keeping and documentation.
