We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Liaison Officer to join our team.

About the Role

As a Customer Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for representing a leading global brand in a multicultural environment.

  • You will develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Using your problem-solving skills, you will troubleshoot issues through open questions, support documents, and system training.
  • You will also offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.

Requirements

Key Qualifications
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • You must be a native or fluent Icelandic speaker.
  • You should have a good level of English, with a minimum C1 proficiency.
  • Your writing speed should be at least 20 words per minute.
  • You must possess active listening skills.
  • You should have good problem-solving skills.
  • You should be able to think critically and troubleshoot effectively.

  • We provide paid travel expenses.
  • You will receive accommodation in a hotel for the first 14 days, and we will assist you in finding a suitable house.
  • The contract is renewable for 12 months.

  • You will receive an attractive salary with a performance-based bonus.
  • Working hours are 40 hours per week, which equates to 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
  • We also provide Greek lessons.
  • You will not be charged for real estate agency fees.
