Job Description

The Group Marketing Manager will oversee all marketing efforts for the group, including advertising, communication, content, imagery, and daily activities. They will work closely with the Head of Digital to execute the digital marketing strategy.

The Group Marketing Manager ensures that the brands' pillars are communicated both internally and externally, as well as all marketing deliverables are aligned with the brand principles.

It is the primary objective to build a sustainable marketing plan and budget, with clear accountable targets and KPIs.

Finding ways to attract new sources or businesses and building loyalty will be part of the overall strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualifications: Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5 years of relevant experience leading the marketing division in a digital world and experience in building loyalty online in a competitive environment.
  • Skills/ Capabilities: Strong management skill, excellent presentation skills, analytical and strategical mindset, interpersonal skills, ability to achieve agreed objectives, display high commitment to delivering results, lead others to achieve business objectives, communicate effectively, display highest level of integrity, ability to maintain discretion, self-motivated, approachable.
