Η συγχώνευση των εταιρειών SOFTONE και ENTERSOFT δημιούργησε τον μεγαλύτερο πάροχο επιχειρησιακού λογισμικού και υπηρεσιών στην Ελλάδα.

Πρόκειται για έναν ενιαίο οργανισμό με πάνω από 1.500 εργαζομένους και ένα εκτεταμένο δίκτυο 700+ εξειδικευμένων συνεργατών που εξυπηρετούν αποτελεσματικά μια συνεχώς αυξανόμενη πελατειακή βάση άνω των επιχειρήσεων σε τέσσερις χώρες (Ελλάδα, Κύπρο, Βουλγαρία και Ρουμανία).

Ο νέος οργανισμός προσφέρει ένα ολοκληρωμένο χαρτοφυλάκιο ψηφιακών λύσεων — από ERP, CRM, HCM και Λογιστική έως πλατφόρμες ψηφιακού εμπορίου, υπηρεσίες ηλεκτρονικής τιμολόγησης, λύσεις για ελεύθερους επαγγελματίες και μικρές επιχειρήσεις, ESG Reporting, E-Procurement και κάθετες εφαρμογές για λιανεμπόριο, εστίαση και άλλους κλάδους.

Αναζητούμε έναμέτωπο άτομο για να αναλάβει την εγκατάσταση, παραμετροποίηση και τεχνική υποστήριξη συστημάτων πληροφορικής και ταμειακού εξοπλισμού. Ο κατάλληλος υποψήφιος θα συμμετέχει σε έργα εγκατάστασης, υποστήριξης λογισμικού και δικτύων σε εταιρικά και εμπορικά περιβάλλοντα.

Οι αρμοδιότητες του będąνο είναι:
  • Εγκατάσταση, παραμετροποίηση και έλεγχος σωστής λειτουργίας σταθμών εργασίας (υπολογιστές, εκτυπωτές, ταμειακός εξοπλισμός κ.ά.)
  • Εγκατάσταση και ρύθμιση λογισμικού βάσει τεχνικών προδιαγραφών
  • Υποστήριξη και συντήρηση δικτύων (servers, routers, switches, racks κ.λπ.)
  • Διάγνωση και αποκατάσταση τεχνικών βλαβών εξοπλισμού


Τα απαραίτητα προσόντα για το θέμα είναι:
  • Πτυχίο ΤΕΙ, ΙΕΚ ή άλλης σχολής Πληροφορικής
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε τεχνική υποστήριξη και επισκευές Η/Υ και ταμειακών συστημάτων
  • Καλή γνώση λειτουργικών συστημάτων, εφαρμογών Office και δικτύων LAN/WAN
  • Ικανότητα για μετακινήσεις και ταξίδια (συμπεριλαμβανομένων βραδινών ωρών, Σαββατοκύριακα)
  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και ικανότητα κατανόησης τεχνικών ζητημάτων
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα και προσήλωση στην επίτευξη στόχων
  • Καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Δίπλωμα οδήγησης αυτοκινήτου
  • Δυνατότητα ταξιδίων και μετακινήσεων
  • Ελάχιστη επαγγελματική εμπειρία 1 έτος με τα παραπάνω προσόντα στην τελευταία θέση εργασίας
