Pharmaceutical Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmaceutical Operations Manager to oversee the production lifecycle and ensure pharmaceutical quality standards are consistently met.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards in pharma, with excellent leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide staff.
  • They will be responsible for developing and managing efficient production schedules in coordination with cross-functional teams, monitoring key production KPIs, identifying performance gaps, and implementing continuous improvement strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with diverse stakeholders and teams.
