About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Product Owner to join our team, someone who can effectively represent the client's interests and drive product development forward.

This role requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, as well as experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and stakeholder alignment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in matrix environments, with excellent collaboration and leadership skills through influence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Strategy & Planning: Formulate a vision from the business strategy, customer perspective, and technical capabilities that aligns with the objectives and needs of customers and stakeholders.
  • Creating Business Value: Implement the vision and roadmap, successfully deliver and manage products/systems/processes that maximize business value.
  • Backlog Management: Continuously build, adjust, and maintain the backlog with identified improvements/optimizations.
  • Development & Operations: Improve/conceptual development of new/existing functionality in conjunction with internal/external stakeholders to deliver the masterplan.
  • Plan & Organize: Plan and prioritize product development/product functionalities.
  • Stakeholders & Team: Transparent delivery of information, communication, and advice to various stakeholders including suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner or Product Manager role, ideally within finance, corporate applications, or enterprise platforms.
  • Proven experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and stakeholder alignment in agile environments and deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with financial systems such as Oracle EPM Hyperion, SAP BPC, SAP SAC, Onestream.
  • Fluent in English is required.
