Job Title:

F&B Manager

A dynamic food and beverage leader is required to join our team in a challenging role where you will oversee the daily operations of our establishment, managing staff, maintaining quality service, controlling costs, and coordinating with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage F&B staff to provide outstanding service to guests.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability.
  • Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for F&B operations.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure high-quality products and services at competitive prices.
  • Oversee reservations, event planning, and special functions when required.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Support business operations with office management duties including scheduling, reporting, vendor management, and internal communications.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in restaurant or F&B management.
  • Skill Set:
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and restaurant management software (POS systems, reservation platforms, etc.).
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of F&B operations, budgeting, and cost control.
