Job Title: Corporate Events Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Events Specialist to join our dynamic team in Athens. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing high-profile corporate events that showcase our company's expertise and commitment to excellence.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned events professional to take on a challenging role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and exceptional communication abilities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful events that meet or exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Planning: Develop and execute event concepts, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and logistics.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate events, with a proven track record of delivering successful events.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
