Η εργασία περιλαμβάνει την παροχή εξυπηρέτησης πελατών και την επίλυση προβλημάτων.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Ανάληψη Responsibility για την εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών.
  • Παρακολούθηση της παρεχόμενης εξυπηρέτησης από εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες (μεταφορικές εταιρείες, συναρμολόγηση).
  • Συμμόρφωση με τις διαδικασίες και τα πρότυπα του οργανισμού.

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:

  • Απολυτήριο Λυκείου (ΙΕΚ/ΑΕΙ επιθυμητό).
  • Εμπειρία στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών.
  • Καλή γνώση αγγλικών.
  • Χρήση MS Office (Excel).
