Customer Retention and Loyalty Advisor

This is a key role within our organization, focusing on the retention and loyalty of our existing customer base.

The Customer Retention and Loyalty Advisor will be responsible for:

• Contacting customers to discuss their needs and preferences, with the aim of renewing and maintaining the partnership
• Understanding customers' requirements and proposing tailored solutions that meet their needs
• Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy, providing excellent customer service

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent education (University/College/Technical Institute)
• Comfortable with phone communication and a customer-centric approach
• Good knowledge of computers and software applications
• Previous experience in a similar role would be an asset, but not necessary
